I guess, what was it about your situation that made you consider selling your house to me, instead of just selling it the traditional way?
Speaker 2:
It was partly a question. Well, mainly a question of time.
Speaker 1:
Sure.
Speaker 2:
Because you had mentioned that you could do it in two weeks if necessary and I had decided I couldn’t spend another winter in Red Lodge. And I had decided to go back to Idaho where I went to school where I got my BA.
Speaker 1:
So you were on a short timeline.
Speaker 2:
Yeah, because I knew that housing where I’m going to go is really hard to find. They have lots of apartments, but students tend to snap them up soon. So it was really a matter of time to get a place there.
Speaker 1:
So you’ve got this house, and you gotta to sell it pretty fast. During the time you were trying to figure that out how were you feeling?
Speaker 2:
Kind of stressed out because, from everything I’d heard, it could take two months or longer. So I wasn’t sure how to go.
Speaker 1:
So you’re pretty stressed and obviously we agreed that I would buy your house and it took me about two weeks to close on it, just like we talked about.
Speaker 2:
Exactly.
Speaker 1:
You ended up staying here a little while after I had closed on it. Could you talk a little bit about your experience just before, during and after I bought your house?
Speaker 2:
Sure. I mean, I was so grateful that you could get it done in two weeks and people kept saying, well, usually nobody gets it done that fast. And so I talked to you and you’d update me, hey yeah, it’s all fine with the title company. And then the title company called me a few times and said, we’re right on track. And so I had confidence, so it didn’t really take me long in that period to go, okay, this is really happening. And then the fact that you gave me, I mean, even still I’ve still got some stuff here.
Speaker 1:
Sure.
Speaker 2:
You gave me a couple weeks to kind of gradually get all my stuff out was I really appreciated because I was having a hard time.
Speaker 1:
And so is there anything else that you’d like to share that I haven’t already asked you about?
Speaker 2:
Yeah. I don’t think I’ve ever seen you yell at anybody or get mad. And with all you’ve got going on, I know you’ve got lots of projects and you just seem to be working 150% every day. And you seem to enjoy it and you’re good at it. And I felt that you were trustworthy within five minutes of talking to you.
Speaker 1:
Really?

Yeah.
